Objectives
Objectes,
I believe should be dynamic in nature depending on the situation you are working
and the phase of life one is going through. And thus my objectives at this stage
are:
- To design and
conduct research on various areas of Learning Technology and Distance Education;
- To share, collaborate
and lead people in the area of Distance Education in general and application
of learning technologies in particular;
- To conceptualize,
organize ideas/information, analyze them and disseminate information in a
way that could be useful for learning;
- To provide
consultancy on instructional design, development and evaluation;
- To develop
appropriate assessment tools and question banks to enhance the process of
the learning;
- To serve as
a learning facilitator, who can make most use of technology in all sectors
of education including industrial and business context;
- To undertake
staff development activites in the area of Technology Enhanced Learning;
- To serve in
Managerial, Teaching and Research positions.
